Processing Time?
Since all items are handmade & made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and shipping. We
only offer shipping within the United States and currently do not ship internationally. Regarding customs,
the processing time is 4-6 weeks. If it is needed sooner than the standard processing time of 4-6 weeks, a
non-refundable rush fee will have to be placed. Please keep this in mind if you have a specific due date for
your order. All of these are estimated time frames, and VanessaB.Designs does try our absolute best to
reach within this time from for every order placed.
Custom Order?
For any inquiries regarding custom orders please email VBdesigns.LA@gmail.com or use the contact section on our website. Once submitted you will be emailed 2 forms that need to be filled out in order to move forward. For any custom order, a deposit and signature of contract is required to secure your order. The remainder of the amount is due before your custom order is shipped out (It can be paid through Zelle or Cash App). If the remainder is not paid before shipping, your custom order will not go out. Final payment has to be made to ship custom orders.
Processing time for custom orders is around 4-6 weeks instead of 2-4 weeks.

Return Policy?
As of right now, VanessaB.Designs is not accepting returns. Please note, everything is made to order. We offer a sizing guide to make sure our customers order the preferred size. if you have any issues with your order, please email VBdesigns.LA@gmail.com.
